2. Custom and Personalized Products

  • All products that are custom-designed or personalized (such as those with custom prints or names) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or an error occurred during production.
  • Please ensure that the design details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for errors in the submitted artwork or personalization details.

3. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date you received your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, or final sale products are non-returnable. Please refer to the product description or consult our customer service for more information.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds
